Jeevan Shiksha runs multiple physical health interventions for the Adivasi tea garden community in Assam. These programmes address critical health gaps that are often overlooked in remote communities.
Through partnerships with institutions like NPCB, Assam Medical College, Goonj, and Dibrugarh University, we bring healthcare directly to the community through camps, interactive sessions, and affordable access to hygiene products.

In collaboration with NPCB Dibrugarh at Chabua Model Hospital — free check-ups, spectacles, and medicines from Assam Medical College doctors.
Sessions on menstrual hygiene, contraception, early pregnancy risks, nutrition, and gender discussions to break taboos.
Supported by Goonj — reusable cloth sanitary pads provided to community girls and women at ₹20 each.
Joint programme with Dibrugarh University CSW — street plays and discussions on anemia causes, effects, and prevention.
Your contribution directly supports the communities and people behind this work.
